Not only have we been using these super feeders for our cats since 2009, we have only had to replace a few parts over the past 9 years. The upgrade to the bowl is WONDERFUL. Company treats every customer as an individual and will address any concerns you have of their product(s). I highly recommend this product. It's helped us immensely. We can sleep in without our cats dictating when they should be fed! :-)
We LOVE the newest version of these cat feeder bowls. No more mess around (and underneath!) the feeders because the cats had to claw out their food in the last version. No more mess and very little clean up due to the excellent idea of having the food come to the cat, versus the other way around. This is an incredible upgrade - thank you, Gerard!!
